What would settle it
The Form 10-Q for the quarter ending Sep 30, 2026. Meta's own announcement said it expects to record about $10 billion for the quarter; the agreement's payment table adds to about $16.7 billion over ten years, and Meta's post says approximately $18 billion. The filing will state a number. The contingent $5 billion is settled only when Snap, TikTok and YouTube adopt equivalent limits, or never.
