He is the only name on this list whose filings stopped. Scion returned outside capital, terminated its adviser registration effective November 10, 2025, and its last filing of any kind is a 13F dated November 3, 2025. Since then the SEC record is empty: no 13F, no 13D or 13G, no Form 3, 4 or 5. A person managing only their own money owes no 13F at any size, so this is lawful and, in his own telling, deliberate.

What he does instead is publish. A near-daily paid newsletter names tickers, entry prices, strikes and expiries, usually with a portfolio percentage and almost never with a share count or a dollar size. Treat all of it as claim, not disclosure. His 2026 book is mostly short stock, which a 13F would never have shown anyway, so even a return to filing would leave most of it invisible.

Practical rule for this file: he is a statement engine with no matching document. Log the claims, date them, and score them against outcomes rather than against filings. The one event that would restore a verifiable second half is a stake above five percent of a registered class, which triggers a schedule within five business days.

  • Open ended Any Schedule 13D or 13G. It is the only realistic route back to a checkable filing, and it would land within five business days of the trade.
  • 2028 His base case of 2028 for the AI financing unwind, stated Aug 13, 2026. Dated, falsifiable, and worth scoring when it arrives.
  • Unresolved Whether Scion LLC ever resumes 13F filings. The continuation rule arguably contemplated filings through Q3 2026; none were made and the SEC has taken no public action.
  • Near-daily position claims: shorts in Tesla, Oracle, Caterpillar and semiconductor names, puts on Nvidia and Palantir, with entry prices and portfolio weights but no sizes.

His paid newsletter, via press coverage, Through Aug 2026

Cannot be paired with any filing. Held here as a record of what he claimed and when, so outcomes can be scored later even though positions cannot be confirmed.

  • "We are near a major top, and possible a 1987-type fall."

    CNBC coverage, Aug 4, 2026

A dated, falsifiable market call. No filing side exists, so this is scoreable only against what the market does.
