Nothing is hidden here and nothing contradicts. She said memory is the most cyclical and commoditised link in the chain, said Cerebras and Groq are engineering the need for it out of inference, and the trade log shows her buying Cerebras into a falling price the same day she said it. The funds own no Micron and no SK Hynix, which is the part most people never check: it is easy to say you are avoiding something and quietly hold it anyway. She is not.
What makes this one worth filing is the clock. ARK publishes its trades every evening, so the distance between her claim and the evidence was a matter of hours. Put that next to the two receipts we published last week and the whole spectrum is visible in one archive. Ackman named six positions and the paperwork could only confirm four, with the other two invisible until November, ninety days out. Burry says whatever he likes and no document will ever confirm any of it, because he stopped filing in November 2025. Wood says it on Tuesday and you can check her by Wednesday morning.
That is not a comment on who is honest. It is a comment on who is checkable, and it is the single most useful thing to know before you decide how much weight to put on anybody in this business. Conviction is cheap. Verifiable conviction is not.
